Turn any vendor inventory file (.xlsx, .xls, .csv) into a Gen Market–ready upload. Headers don't have to match — the converter maps them automatically and auto-locks every row.
1Upload your inventory file
Drop or pick a .xlsx, .xls, or .csv file. Headers don't have to match Gen Market — the converter figures it out.
Click to choose a file or drag and drop
Accepts .xlsx, .xls, .csv
2Source description (optional)
Where did this inventory come from? Free-form text — vendor name, email subject, trade show, anything. Goes into the Notes for every row, and becomes a unique placeholder Source URL behind the scenes.
3Convert to Gen Market format
Auto-detects columns, splits combined Make/Model fields, normalizes Condition/Frequency/Type/Equipment Category to Gen Market's enums, fills required defaults, and generates the 40-column output.

subject and body you can fully rewrite, plus editable To/From fields.
Available to every user. Nothing is generated or sent automatically —
clicking Send inside that editor is the only approval, and the only way an

Availability Search
Search our records is free and instant — it looks only at equipment already in GMM inventory. Run deep search includes those same results and adds an AI sweep of the outside market for equipment we do not yet hold; it costs roughly $0.35 per run and counts against your limit of 5 deep searches per day.
Other equipment in the requested power range that is not the requested make/model.
Capture a buyer's power requirement once and match it against live inventory — per individual unit or across the whole site. Saved RFQs are listed in the table below for quick recall, status tracking, and re-matching. Run a single RFQ or Run All Matches to refresh every match count.

Inventory Gap Monitor
🔴 Gaps = watched models with nothing in inventory · 🟡 Thin = only one or two units · ✅ Covered = healthy. VIP = flagged as a key relationship; search priority follows outreach status.
How coverage searches are prioritised. Each daily run searches 30 targets. Targets that have responded or are in the notification system go first, then any target we've contacted, then everyone else oldest-first — with 5 slots always held back for the longest-waiting, so nothing is starved indefinitely.
Pausing. A target is paused automatically after the configured number of consecutive empty runs, unless it is VIP or has outreach activity. A run that errors advances the date but leaves the streak untouched — it neither counts against a target nor clears it. Targets marked “Do not use” are not searched at all.
VIP is set by the operator directly in the target data — there is no control for it in the app — and it does one thing: it exempts a target from being paused automatically after repeated empty runs. It does not move a target up the queue.
Companies we source from or sell to, plus OEM brands watched for named models. Each gets a dedicated search every run, separate from regional searches. Model watches now live under Model Coverage.

Add Sales Activity entry
For a proposal made outside GMM. It appears on Sales Activity and Pipeline Report, and is edited or deleted there like any other entry.
Add recipient
Adds an address to the daily-digest send list. Takes effect on the next scheduled run (12:00 UTC).
Email not in Recipients
This email is not in your Recipients list. Would you like to add it?
Added recipients become active immediately and receive the daily GMM digest.
Delete?
Is this a new opportunity?
Is this a new opportunity, or an additional equipment option for a buyer you're already pitching?
Search for the existing opportunity by client or project name:
Which one should count toward Sales Activity's totals? The other(s) stay fully visible in the Pipeline tab and Pipeline Report — only Sales Activity totals are affected.
Report a missing listing
Found equipment elsewhere that isn't in GMM? Paste the URL and a quick note — it goes to the admin queue for review.

New domains start as Active — GMM will sweep them and their listings feed Browse.

Nothing is removed until you press Block everywhere. Listings already collected from this domain stay in Browse, tagged as coming from a blocked source.
Import contacts
Upload a .xlsx, .xls or .csv file. Column headers don't have to match — you map them in the next step.
Every row needs a name, a category, a company and at least one email address.
The template is generated from the importer's own field list, so it can never drift from what the mapper accepts.
Maximum 500 rows per import.
Match each contact field to a column from your file. Fields marked * are required.
